hi i want to know if upping an item would make them perm'ed because i just traded an item that seems too good to be sold in a cheap price.....
yea, so would upping an item from normal base to exception base makes the item permed??

P.S if mods wants this thread to close due to the mention of dupes and perms.... please do so.. becuase i am not sure if it is against the rules or not

I doubt it this will "perm" it. Just to be sure, you're talking about a normal grade item upped to exceptional version right? If so, I doubt someone would dupe a normal grade item. Just curious, what exactly did you buy that's so good you think it's a dupe?

A lot of the trip-resister boots ARE normal grade.

yep it got a 16str, 42%lr, 38%cr and 45%fr, 20%fhr and 30%r/w it's a normal boot

so upping that would it make it to be "perm" or not? just in case it is a dupe

What's the name of it and what realm?

Those can't be found in 1.11 or 1.10 because highest resist is 40% (unless safety crafted boots) and strength cannot be on boots.
