Can you buy ciclets for npcs/merchants?

Well as title says can you buy circlets/coronets/tiaras/diadems from npcs or merchants?. Thank you.

If you mean white/ plain , then no you can't , unfortunately.
Gambling for them is the way to go.

Well i meant magic actually, I assume they don't sell magic either?

They don't sell circlets at all. The only way to get them is to have one drop from a monster or gamble one.
