Can necros tele at 35?
I have a post similar to this in the general strat, but i think maybe since this was a necro, the necros may know best.
I was in a pubby duel today on useast sc ladder, and a lvl 35 necro killed my lvl 62 necro in 2 spirit shots, then teled around and back to town...i'm wondering what on god's green earth gave him tele at his low lvl...people in the game said his clan was full of hackers, but i'm just wondering if there was a legit item with tele on it at lvl 35...and help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Also, thought it might be worth noting that, no he wasn't using a staff...he had wand and a skull in his hands >.> also, tele amy's are req lvl 45, enig 65, and spellsteel is high lvl too as well as not a wand...i'm really starting to think maybe this nasty lil clan is hackers...
