CoA has TC87 / Ilvl86, and can be dropped by these :

Uniques/minions in Arealvl 84
Uniques/minions and Champions in Arealvl 85
Pindle
Baal
-and probably a few others too

@ Mad Munk : Pindle cant drop Azurewrath/Arachnid/Tyraels might because hes only Mlvl86, and require 87 to drop everything..

In 1.09 Pindle could drop everything.

He can't drop arachnid mesh for example. However mephisto can :thumbsup:
