Can charges on an amulet ever be repaired?

Can charges on an amulet ever be repaired?

I have a 5/25 charge amulet, but I haven't tried the cube recipe and when i go to charsi the repair costs is '0', meaning i can't repair it there.

My Q is.. is there any way to repair/recharge the charges on an amulet?

EDIT: i found the answer. if people don't know also i'll share it with them: you can't press the 'repair all' button, but must click the 'repair' hammer and then click individually on the amulet. replaced 20 charges would cost me ~65k fyi

You can use the repair all button for repairing charges, but you must have enough money to do so.
