Can +2 skills +2 tree stack?
I've had a couple posts objecting to my suggestion that +2 class skills and +2 tree skills can stack on ammies/wands/circlets/necro heads...so I'm wondering if anyone knows for certain...
There was a PC posted recently on a +2 Barb +2 Warcries Barb helm (linked), together with a screenshot, which is what gave me the idea...
Are some +class skills +trees restricted from appearing together, or are +class +tree restricted from appearing together on certain items? They are listed as separate prefix groups, so should be able to spawn together on a rare unless there's some additional special restriction. Anyone know?
