Calc max block

As i am going to rebuild my pali, i need to work out how much str and dex i need in order to get all the equip i have with max block. I wasted some pts early on now in skills and also in stats.

I know there is a calc to work this out but can't find it. Also ifthe shield has +30% ct block, such as hoz does, do i need to hit 45% ct block?

There is a sticky with guides and other helpful stuff inside, next time check there, I copy, pasted this from there..

Chance to Block

This is the formula:

Total Blocking = (Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character Level * 2)

Where Blocking is (Shield Blocking + Holy Shield bonus) if you are using Holy Shield. Notice that even if you won’t be shown more than 75% blocking in your shield, its base chance to block might be higher (for example, Stormshield has 77% chance to block, and Herald of Zakarum has 82% chance to block for paladins, those are the numbers that you have to use)

Thanks

Just to make sure my maths is risht, this changes to

Dex = [(Total blocking *2Cvl)/(block of shield + Holy shield bonus)] +15

If i have done this right, in order to get 75% ctb at lvl 85 with my equip and skills, i need a base dex of 65.14 so 66.

Does that seem right?
