I've noticed about the Hsarus boot's + Hsarus' belt Sets, those give pretty nice AR, but I think Angelics Set does the better trick, I used it before, but i found out angelics was worth more of a while.

The Hsarus is better almost always. The AR difference between the two should be mimimal if not to the favor of Hsarus at higher levels, in case you use Ravenfrosts. Not to mention that the deadly strike makes Hsarus superior in almost all cases. So much that even mcm has started to use Hsarus as his pubsetup. From what I recall, he uses 2* FCR rings and trang gloves, meaning he has a bit more AR than with Ravens while still retaining the FCR and the deadly strike.

Dunno if anybodys said this but if you are going for the CTA + HOTO for prebuff on BO use 3 wc knives or w/e. Barbs can only have +3 bo on each thing so the +3 all on Hoto and +3-6 Bo on CTA will be the same as +3 wc.

Yes, I totally missed the switch on Dooms. So right now I am -1. If I take Wisps off I will be +1. Would you suggest Nokozan or Hotspur? Jake did make a point about the Gore spot, however the Highlord's Deadly Strike is nice as well. If I use Spurs I will need to find 3 more spaces, whereas if I use Nokozan I will be able to add one more item.

It's not about adding more items, it's about having all the necessary items and no more. Of course, if you can fit more items, you can always fill them up. But it's by far not necessary.

As for the boots question, Hotspurs are better. Indeed, in a 1v1 situation, Nokozan would be cool with it's +10% OW, but if you have anything more than 1v1 (which is something you should always expect and be prepared for), you should use Hot Spurs since they allow for you to retain high physical damage while having high fire resistances.
