Buying claws, question.
I was reading ssog's guide for an ursa major, and it says to use Jeweler’s or Artisan’s Runic Talons of Quickness, and that it can be shopped, well I was wondering, just to make sure I'm not gonna waste time doing the wrong thing..
Do I gamble for it, or just look for it in the weapon section from anya?
And I presume this is hell only.
