It's really just personal preference. I like Strafe more than Multishot, as certain traits in Multishot are only carried by the two center arrows or bolts, while all aspects are carried by all arrows / bolts in Strafe. I also like Strafe's auto-aim feature, which allows me to easily scout out what may be ahead. I know others prefer Multishot, and there's really no clear reason why one is inherently better than the other.

Trouble with teh interwebz. Short advice ever gets taken seriously because people take themselves too serioously.
Research fury druids with a buriza, you shall find out if it still works.
Back in the day it was used, because it wouldn't suffer from IM in CS. that got fixed so it wasn't used anymore. Now that IM is gone it might actually make sense. mostly because bowazons are expensive to make well.
Also nerf space bunnies!
Look it up, it worked really well. Still should work well. Fast and decent damage.

eh, my answer was serious in that if i had a buriza, i'd rather use it on a wolf than a zon. harmony is so much nicer nowadays for a zon than any other mid level weapon i can think of. in other words:

Been a long time since I used the burrito cannon on a 'zon. I remember it fires pretty slowly and getting to the next attack break point was nigh impossible in 1.09. Strafe locks you in place for the entire attack. I remember multi being better for mobility sake.

Last night I swapped out my Windforce for a Buriza on my strafer, and did a few Pit runs. The firing speed is a bit slower, but overall I would say the Buriza was about 85% - 90% as effective as the Windforce. With a merc and valkyrie in addition to knockback, I never was threatened, even with strafelock. I threw out a decoy on the stairs in the Pit's second level for additional safety, but I'm not convinced it was necessary. I suspect you'll find proponents of each skill, with neither being heads and shoulders above the other.

There is nothing wrong with strafing with a Buriza. You're just not going to be able to hit any decent IAS breakpoints with it. That's why most people go with MS if they're going to use it. I don't think Burizas are anything to turn your nose up at though. They still work very well with a FA/MS build. And the thing that is still awesome about them is the 100% pierce. That can free up 20 skill points. Or 9 skill points and a belt slot.
