Build Working?

I'm making the "Ninja" build and I wanted to if people think it's good. Here are my skills that im going for.

1 Cobra Strike
1 Claw Mastery
1 Burst of Speed
20 Cloak of Shadows
10 Weapon Block
1 Shadow Warrior
1 Fade
1 Venom
1 Wake of Fire
1 Blade Sentinel
20 Blade Fury
1 Blade Shield

and I'm putting my stats: +1 Strength, +4 to Vitality (Occasionally Dex)
