Budget Zealer (well kinda)

So I'm on ladder and I've collected some gear for my zealer on the new ladder:

Helm: Empty
Ammy: Highlord's
Weapon: Azurewrath
Armor: Guardian Angel
Belt: Verdungo's
Boots: Sandstorm Trek
Ring1: Ravenfrost
Ring2: Manald Heal
Gloves: Dracul's
Shield: Rhyme Crown Shield

My goal is to have max block and 75 to all resist in hell while still maintaining a good amount of def, Deadly Strike, damage and life. So far, I've been having trouble getting to this amount of resist.

I was considering a veil of steel, which has a 192 str req (quite a lot of str). Inserting a hel rune puts it at 164

Considering I could possibly have 11 (dracs) + 11 (sandstorm) + 10 (fal in guardian angel) + 7 (azurewrath)... my base str could be somewhere around 125

is that too much for a zealot that isnt using enigma? If i ever got my hands on a hoz which could happen depending on my forge... then my base str could rest at 105

My second option is to use 'smoke' runeword armor, but then i'm still clueless on a helm to use (remember i'm on somewhat of a budget) does anyone have any suggestions?

I also feel like I need to replace the shield with something better, im kinda of just using a +57 resist shield, the rest of the mods I don't really need.

If you are having trouble with resists, then maybe a Kira's for a helmet (20fhr, CBF, @50-70). They can be bought for PGs.
And if you replace your shield with a Sanctuary (KoKoMal) paladin shield (preferably a Sacred Targe @30+), you'll get another @50-70. I made a Sanctuary ST for my smiter, and haven't regretted it (@102). I know that the base can be tricky to get, and that KoKoMal aren't exactly budget runes, but it is IMO one of the best all-round smiter shields (save maybe an Exile in an eth ST). Though a HoZ (Um or PDia) is definately a good choice too.

I'd suggest using a Smoke or Lionheart runeword for your armor, better option that GA in my opinion.

For helm, the best option is Guillaume's Face (35% CB, 15% DS). It isn't rare and if you can get Azurewrath, you should be able to get Gface.

I'd get Gorerider boots over Treks if you can. CB + DS FTW.

I usually don't have mana leech on my zealots, especially end game. You could swap the Manald for a rare, but that's preference.
