Bowzone - questions

I am thinking about making a bowzone after I have got Faith.

My only concern is can they handle hell?

And will the following equipment be okay ?

Helm: Shako
Amu: highlord or cats eye
Armor: Forti or coh
Gloves: draculs
Weapon: Faith crossbow
rings: Bk3 + raven
Boots: wt
belt: nos?
inventory. anni + torch

Faith can handle hell. But what kind of bow you using? GmB, MB or a non-ama bow? The speed of the bow have a say on what equipment you should use.

edit: Also the lvl Fana uara you have also is important in many eyes. For me, it doesnt really matters for PvM. This because I go for the Next fastest IAS breakpoint for PvM.

Ouch... Crossbows = slowbows. But you will still make it in hell, its just that you wont be able to fire at the highest frame rate. My advice is to aim for 70-75IAS(depending on Fana level)

I have just found 20 ias + 3 bow skill gloves I will be using them.

SO with high lord + glvoes i have 40 ias, then I need 30% more

Glancing at your planned gear I have some suggestions.

Grab a 2os or 3os helm and toss 2 or 3 15IAS jewels in it. Other mods on the jewels are great and all, but the IAS is what really matters for you. That combined with highlords and your 20ias gloves will fix your IAS problems. If you want to try and find some godly socketed rare by all means go for it, I like my simple 3os tiara.

Ditch your 3% bk and grab a dual leech ring. You'll need the mana leech no matter what kind of bowazon you are, and especially if you go multishot or FA.

Razortail belt is your friend. Since you don't need the IAS from Nos to get to the next breakpoint you benefit a lot from the piercing bonus razortail gives you.

And btw, why did you put your Faith in a colossus crossbow?

Ahh.. you can see why it goes cheap. The fastest you can get is 11/3 assuming you get +15 fana. It will still work in Hell mode, I guess. But, you will need to put lots of strength to use it (even with Anni, torch).

BTW, I would suggestion razortail as well. Other options for helm will be stealskull with 15IAS or Mav set helm (already build-in 30% IAS).

You will need to figure out how many IAS you need (depend on your fana lvl). Don't go over BP that you need.

Mav's Circlet or Andy's helm (Andy's is better) are other options if you have either lying around. Mav's has 30 ias, Andy's has 20, you can toss any 15 ias jewel in either.

Nos or Goldwrap if you need the extra 10 ias to reach the BP depending on your other gear, Nos has 15 str as well, so that helps for the str requirement. Razor if you don't want to put too many points into pierce/don't need the 10% ias.

Personally, I'd use Fort, 200% ED is wonderful. I finally got one for my bowie and it helps enormously.

What's the upper damage on that bow?
