Your best bet would be switching to a ss before they hit. Running often doesn't work too well vs tele-ww barbs since they can easily lock you.

Most Barbs in pub games just name lock tele whirl against a Amazone.
To your luck most of them suck at doing this!
They will often make very long whirls that dont hit you.
Use that to your advantage and run about 1 screen away and spam sone arrows.
Switch back to titans/storm and run some more. maybe throw some LF some times

there are a number of different styles for dueling against bvc's, but usually its better to fire from a short distance, as soon as you escape their whirl, so you get more shots in. creating that much distance doesn't really matter since they teleport to you after their whirl, and it takes them no longer and no less (plus you shouldn't be able to get a full screen away from them before they stop whirling unless you're dueling a terrible barb).

as soon as you are free from their initial tele whirl and you know you have a few moments of free time, pop a few arrows their way, and then switch back to shield and throw + run when you sense their whirl ending. as soon as they teleport on you and start whirling again, make another quick sidestep and repeat. make sure that you keep moving, as through personal experience, you really benefit from that added desync from constantly moving. when the baba nl teles on you, he won't see you there, and usually the whirls will be out of place, giving you a few moments to free yourself and retaliate.

which is better to use LF or LB?
both LF and LB hit 100% of the time, but they are different types of damage, so they're good for different situations. bolt is purely elemental, so its good for situations where you want to bypass block, like in a zvz situation against a charging amazon, or to throw a few at a paladin charging at you to build up some kb desync, etc. LF is purely physical, so it usually does more damage (50% max dr compared to usual 75% lightning resist), but it can be blocked. use it vs dual wielding bvcs and other characters that don't have block, like another amazon on her bow switch. i usually find myself using a mix of both throughout the duel.
