Bowazons, Trapsassins, and Hammerdin's owning my Bonemancer

Are my items just not good enough? These guys all stomp me. The only kill I got on a hammerdin was when he didn't realize he wasn't in town and one other time when I just barely managed to stand in a place where his hammers weren't quite hitting. I don't seem to have a hope in Hell against trapsassins or guided arrow bowazons. I can evade the traps but the second I run into something or try to take a shot, I get wasted and I can't seem to do anything to avoid those arrows.

I'm 52nd level with enough items to have my bonespear at about 1k damage with (I think) at least a 50% faster cast rate. I've got my resistances pretty well maxed up, but no absorb. Any advice on how to fight these people? I think vitality and energy are around 120. Do I just not have enough health?

Pretty typical build. Bonespear is now at 28 and I'm guessing I've got about 20-25 in synergies, mostly in wall and prison. Other points have gone to curses and a handful in gumby. Can't remember all of my items ATM, but I've got a not-so-great white wand that I traded for - no plus all skills but +2 bone spear, a triple socketed tower shield with p diamonds, a p-diamond socketed wipermagi armor, peasant crown warhat, phys. resist 20 amulet or necro +1 amu, waterwalk boots, crappy gloves, a set item belt (which I can't recall but I mostly took it for defense rating and run speed), and the rings are just very random rares or resists to fit the occasion. I also keep the unique ghost armor around for duels with ice Sorcs (immunity to freeze), but prefer the lower D vipermagi for the casting bennies.

im no expert, but im sure the people u are dueling are a much higher lvl than u

i know you can get ure spear do over 5k, and you need much more life

ure fast cast rate isn't that fast, the next break point is 125 or close to taht so you need a much higher cast rate

once ure a higher lvl you will do more dmg and have more life and chance to block, and you will be able to wear better items

im not exactly sure either but i think you wasted points on energy. try and get this gear...

-an enigma (even 3 socketed bp will work, forget archon =P)
-shako
-marrow walks
-faster cast rate rings, usually around 25 i think. either 25 or 15 =/
-get a 2 socketed wand and make the runeword white, or get a low hoto for even more cast rate and/or skill levels.

52 is fairly low so if you have to remake then it wouldnt be that bad, just finding a good cow game for lvls 20-24 is my only problem with lvling, but then again just have your friends cow you.

The gear i suggested is fairly "rich" but if you have a good sorc just grab some mf gear and ptopaz and hit the andy/pit/meph/etc runs.

u should have made "white" by now. that is THE wand for bone necros unless u have hoto. also vipermagi is good if u have one wit good resists.. and y did u socket it wit a p diamond. it wont give u resists...

ur build is messed up as well.. u should not have pt any pts in curses. focus all ur pts in this:

max bone spirit
max bone spear
max bone cage
one pt in all the prerequisites.

this build is for pvp though. it wont be the most effective for pvm..

the ideal gear of all bone necros is:

shako
"white" runeword or hoto
homonucolus
marrow walks
2 sojs
arachnids spiderweb sash
mara's
trang gloves
enigma (viper magi is ok if u upgrade it and if u cant afford enigma but u'll find out online that all the other richer bone necros are much better than u)

White is terrible. You'll get the biggest immediate gains by getting up past the 75% fcr breakpoint as soon as possible. I recommend going with a suicide branch and vipermagi until you can use a wizardspike. Try to get an enigma as soon as possible and work on hitting the 125 fcr breakpoint and 56 fhr breakpoints after that.

White is not bad. He probably needs white to get some plus skills to use. My necro still uses a +8 spear white. There are much easier methods to get the 75 fcr. GLoves: magefist, trangs. Trangs owns for a necro. Fcr and +skills to curses. using viper, white, and trangs if i remember correctly gets you to 75 fcr. (white gives 25? or maybe 20) if 20 just use a fcr ring. They are quite common.

Actually points in cage or WORTHLESS with marrow walks....thats kinda the point of them is the bug. Dont waste points in cage, put them in teeth..its just fun =P and it does improve damage....i think....not quite sure. Oh well, if it doesnt then max bone armor. But never points in cage if you have marrow walks. GL
