Bowazon low ias?

I have made a bowazon but she seems to shoot very slowly?

120/45 Tiara (looking out for a helm 3 socks and 30% frw)

Crafted Gloves with 20 IAS, 2 Passive and Magic, Res, KB and mana

Crafted ring with 160 AR, 83 Mana, 11 all res and some life.
