Bowazon... I need help /w gear & strategies.

In an attempt to make a PvP character, I ended up with making a bowazon. (forgive me, i'm a complete noob when it comes to pvp)

Gear is as follows.

faith gmb
ap fort
mav tiara /w 15ias jewel
cat's eye
2x 20/23x ravens
nosferatu's coil
gores
20ias/kb crafted gloves

So I've got enough ias (95%), I've got most of the gear I think. My problem is, I get raped pretty bad. I've read through here and it pretty much says that this zon is a glass canon, ok I can accept that.

I just don't have time to shoot... those buggers ran as fast or faster than my zon so I don't have time to shoot. Is frw all I need in order to even try and put up a fight?

Also, what would be best for a switch on this char? cta+lidless or eth titans & ?

Any sort of strategies for using a bowazon?

First of all get storm/(eth up'd preferably) titans on switch with a point in jab. Put a -req/ed or -req/resist jewel in storm to keep the str managable. Second of all, don't let your enemy get near you if at all possible. And if (s)he does, make sure it's followed by at least 4 guided arrows. Have you gone full dex build? In my opinion the best defense is the offense, if they can get to you you're probably gonna die anyway, so I prefer the extra ~1000 damage over an extra ~900 life.

Basically if they're far away you can throw a few multi's (watch your mana though) and shoot guided arrows in their direction. Make sure to have valk up at any time and cast a decoy once in a while to confuse your opponent. I personally have a bowazon with regular titans and no good charms and a crappy helmet, sporting about 4k guided and 3k multi. She mainly lacks resists and damage, but most of the problems are high hp sorcies and charge/foh/smite paladins, the rest basically dies before getting a chance to score many hits. I haven't fought a trapsin with her yet tho, I can imagine that's one of the worst opponents. Remember whenever you're in danger to switch weapons, going from little DR and no defense/block to 75 block with high DR is a LOT of difference against melee attacks.

Your goal should be 6k guided (4,5 multi) and 800hp with maxed resists, with a painful jab on safety switch.

Well, I think with the current gear (no charms yet), I've got around 4.5k guided.
I've got 100points in health, enough str for gear & the rest in dex.
Valk and Decoy pretty important /w dueling?

Dont use Jab on your switch, use Lightning Fury. Uninteruptable, painful, still carries physical and knockback.

ill tell you one cool lil trick w/ bowzons that almost no one seems to know about. when you tab open the mini map you'll see the persons name and an X below it. put your mouse pointer onto the middle of the X and fire GA and it will go directly to that person. of course if the person is moving try to judge where their x is going to be and shoot there because at a certain distance GA wont lock on, but will go straight

Mine was pretty good and i tryed ALOT of diff setup and the best dmg/speed/fhr setup was :

Perf dream BV
Cat eye
P faith sup gmb
16060 (with fhr if u can)
20%ias/kb glove with resist and life/strengh
dual leech/strengh/resist ring (this was for the pvm lving part, just switch to another rf for pking)
Rf
Razortail (pvm) / Nos (pvp, but still, with that setup, u wont see the ias% bonus) or just a classic tgods for stats. A fhr/life/strengh/tri-resist rare belt can be a good choice too for both pvm/pvp.
Gores/E-treks.

Use cta on switch with spirit, even a 1bo will be fine, just re-cast between pking.

I tryed 12045 and 16060 combo and after that setup (dream with 16060) and i didnt see an attack speed diff., but better resist/dmg (holy chock better than 120%ed)/fhr, etc..

The only char i had hard time with were desynch smiters.. use a decoy in that case and wish he wont see the trick b4 u can hit and kb him..
