    Bow/X-Bow attack speed break-points

    Where is the information about this located? I'm looking into making a "super" fast attack bowazon and I'm wondering at what point it becomes pointless to have more attack speed (also, are the break-points the same for both X-bows and regular bows?).

    Side question: How does poison work? Say I have 3x +100 poison dmg SC's over 4 seconds, then I also have a +15 poison GC over 8 seconds, do they just stack and keep their own "over # seconds'' or does it nerf one? When I shoot someone while having +500 poison damage over say 8 seconds, what happens when I shoot them again each second? Does it stack up or does it reset the counter for the same amount of damage?

    i.e.
    1stShot 2ndShot 3rdShot
    _____________________500 damage/8seconds

    or

    1stShot 2ndShot 3rdShot
    _____________________500 damage/8seconds x3

    Fastest atttack bowazons.

    If you going for 7 frame MS or 2 frame strafe use a Faith bow. Mat bow hits the maximum speed with 45% IAS while GMB needs at least 95% IAS and this is with level 15 Fana for both bows.

    Bow & X-bow attack speed tables

    It does require some small amount of thinking, but if that's a problem...

    Poison damage is messy. If you keep skill-based poison out, it's somewhat easier:
    Damage rate (dmg/second) = sum of all damage rates.
    Duration = average of all durations.

    So, for your example:
    rate = 3* (100/4) + 15/8 = 76.875 damage per second
    time = (3*4 + 8)/4 = 5 seconds
    End results are 384 poison damage over 5 seconds.

    For the second question on poison: timer is reset.
