Bonemancer Mana Problems

Hi,

Ive made a Necromancer. He has 766 Mana with BO. This is NOT much. When im pub dueling i run out of mana in no time. I use mana pots but sometimes you dont drink fast enough and then you are dead. Any ideas how to get more mana?

Amu: 3 Bone, 29 fcr, Str, Life
Ring: 10 fcr, str, life, mana
Ring: SoJ
Belt: Arach Mesh
Boots: Sandstorm
Gloves: Trang Oul
Weapon: Wizard Spine
Shield: SS with Ber
Switch: CTA & Spirit

How can i get more mana? Should i replace one of my skillers or should i excahnge my small charms to scs with mana?
Please help me.

what's the fcr on your ammy? it's listed with pretty weird mods for a rare/crafted one.

are you going for 75 or 125 fcr breakpoint? this is because you're not reaching the latter with your current set-up. so you can actually lose some fcr gear to get 75 and stock up on items that provide +mana or +%mana like frostburns or an extra soj.. =)

I like how people think Merc or IG Insight will be useful in dueling, yeah.....


Anyways, check the FCR BP's like said, personally I prefer 125 FCR Spear/Spirit with less on screen damage, but faster casting of it.

Homun may be able to help, iirc, it has some Mana regen on it. You could also switch out Trang's for Mages since then have Mana regen as well.

Otherwise, a few 50+ Mana gc's may be your only bet. Id go GC's if you don't mind chucking a skiller. 17 is max on SC, while x3 is 51. I know you can get a bit more outta a GC than 51. But of course, you lose a skiller vs maybe a SC lifer. Up too you.

My ammy has 20 fcr which means i will hit the 125 fcr bp.

My ammy has 20 fcr which means i will hit the 125 fcr bp.

err, i counted 120..
ammy: 20
ring: 10
trang's glove: 20
arach's: 20
wizspike: 50
total: 120

so probably a bahamut's ring of apprentice might help?

My circlet also gives 20 FCR.

So you got 140 fcr and only need 125. I have rings with over 100 mana.

I dealt with this problem when my trapper's merc switched from insight to infinity.

Solution is to increase a the size of your mana pool.
