bone spells+confuse/attract/dim+(?)CE(?)

    bone spells+confuse/attract/dim+(?)CE(?)

    I'm just getting back into D2, starting from scratch, and i suppose ill start a bone mancer... but i dont want pure bone spells...

    So would bone spear/spirit+synergies work with confuse/attract/dim curses, forgetting the other curse trees?

    I know bone necros are powerful in 1.10, but do all these guys have golems and mercs?

    I personally dont want a merc

    So will i need a golem? i suppose clay would work, but how many pts does it/mastery need? if i need one at all?

    If you have enough +skills, 1 in each (CG and GM) works. But that comes from a summoner's point of view. Having skellies and such around help him from taking a beating.

    Why no merc? At least have a Rogue. They can do some good damage, especially if you're using the AI curses. Dim vision + ranged attacks are cool.

    I know not having a merc will make me less powerful...

    But im doing it for sorta rpg reasons, just dont like the looks of a merc with necro, if im going to have any summon, id like to keep it with the necro theme

    I'm not looking to make the most powerful char, just one that can handle itself, and can solo the game well, atleast a decent portion of it in all difficulties

    It will work, but you will be living life on the edge. Casting lots of Bone Prisons.

    oh yeah im not sure about stats either... mainly energy...

    I assume lots and lots and lots of energy...?

    No actually. Don't go higher than 70. You'll need all the Vit you can get your hands on.
