    Block % question.

I'm pretty sure that I'm doing this right, but I just want to make sure.

My shield has an innate block of 75%. This is the highest that a shield will display, but a level 20 Holy Shield still adds 35%, putting my block rate to 110%, correct?

To take this a step further, if I have a 110% block, I'll need 150 dex in order to maintain an actual block rate of 75% at level 99.

Did I do my math right, or am I misunderstanding the equation?

That's correct (assuming you did the math correctly). The formula takes into account total blocking, even if that number is over 75% or even 100% (such as is that case with Holy shield, Guardian Angel and Twitchthroe).

Ok, thanks. I actually did the calculations with my current level as though I only had 75% block. It runs out that if it really weren't possible to get over 75% block, I'd really have a 60% block rate right now, so I pretty much answered my own question after reading your post.
