blizzard/fireball sorc able to run hell baal/pindle?

Is a dual tree build viable for hell baal and hell pindle?

heres my build (only level 24 so far)

20 glacial spike
20 blizzard
1 cold mastery
1 static
1 teleport
prerequisites

20 fireballl
20 meteor
1 warmth
prerequisites


i plan on going for full tals set, but before that i'm probly going to use nightmare meph drops with mf rings, amulets, socketed ptopazed helms and armors.

For games with not too many players that build should work excellent with Tals set against Baal.
