With good items, lets say +25 all, those go up a bit
Fireball: 18775-20278 (5.2x more than when no +skills)
Blizzard: 8380-8876 (3.6x )
Lightning: 39-42941 (7.2x )
Not sure if you mean with +skills or not. All are quite low without +skills.

What is the reason that you are asking. Comparing those skills against each other would be hard. Fireball has a blasting range of 1 yard, Blizzard is an area spell and Lighting is best used when you can get monster aligned or in bigger groups so that it will pass throug many monsters. As to how those skills are used, its kind of hard to compare them.
