blizz sorc question

i have a non-es pure vita blizz sorc, and she does fairly well in pubs, but as soon as im faced with a fairly skilolffull dueler (such as rabbi) i get beaten easily.
the es helps survivability ALOT and the damage you sacrifice isn't that important :smiley:

thing is if you go es route, the duelling take place where pre-buff is allowed?
ES is good. Well, you know what I mean.
But if pre-buff is not allowed then your char tends to suck. A lot.
I am plannig to build block/vita soon. With no stats on str hopefully.
If you are gonna do a lot of pub or pre-buff allowed duels, then go ahead by all means. BTW, I do think dmg loss is a lot, but not so much that 40% abs + stacked res make any difference whether fully synergied or not. You still get abed and do no dmg anyway even if you go full synergy.
