blizz sorc question

hi, i'm building an almost pure blizz sorc following one of the guides in this forum. i'm lvl 76, and spent all the points to blizz and it's synergies except 2 to cold armors, 1 to warmth, 1 to telekinesis, 1 to teleport, 1 to static field, and 1 to each fire mastery/fire bolt/fire ball (cuz i have a nice +meteor orb).

i reached NM baal with little to no problems but Hell flayer jungle makes my build really look very crappy. i'm playing most of the time alone and it seems that almost every monster is cold immune. how do i deal with all those cold immunes there? :scratch: will my unique arbelast langer briser help or do i need help by somebody who rushes me thru to meph? or even thru to the end of the game?

my merc (same lvl as the sorc):
act2 normal defensive
crown of thieves
atma's wail

U need strong merc to kill immunes....or secondary element. Or then u can just ignore them and continue ur journey. Might merc is the best immune killer. With just bhew it can reach 4k damage. make sure it got least 10% ll to keep him alive :thumbsup:

Well the thing about your build is that those points in the fire tree are really wasted, as the whole point of pure blizz is all blizzard. :evil:

well, ok, the points might be wasted but still, i can't get past the cold immune flayer deamons and i need khalim's heart or brain (dunno which) from the flayer dungeon.
btw, this is my first build and i'm relatively new to the game (1 month).
