blessed hammer synergies
I read this:
"Note: skill levels added to the synergies do not affect hammer damage."

I have a question about it though, does that only mean that adding skill levels making the synergy skills over level 20 does not increase hammer damage? or does it mean that getting them from lvl 15-17 (just an example) by the use of + skill items will not affect hammer damage?
Because if it's the first one, then there is no point maxing the synergies if you know you will have a lot of + skill points.. is there?
