There's currently a hack out, which allows cheaters to modify their cast rate, breakpoints, et cetera.

Its been out for quite a while actually, and most people are aware of it except Blizzard.

What are they seriously doing? Where is that warden program? Ban the damn hackers already!

I belive its called TMC, so if you see them making reference to it, This is what it is. All I know is that the pvp games are full of cheaters with stuff like this. Pretty much ruining the fun.

how balanced is it to have a any char hitting the maximum Fcr, ias bps without making the gear sacrifices to do it..

Oh really? Good. ... Well, not really. I didn't know it was that popular. I heard about this particular hack a looooong time ago and consequently, stopped playing Diablo II that same day.
