Typically Grief, and Breath of the Dying are best for a WW.
These runewords are expensive though so sometimes high damage pole arms and the like suffice.
As far as duel wielding, I prefer a shield for block but I'm not sure what mods go where so I'll leave that up to the more informed folk here :O

of course. In fact if you wield 2x beast you will have a level 18 fanat and a level 2X might form merc. This would probably be better for fanat though. people often use grief/ebotd on main attack hand with beast on shield hand for the OW and fanat. pretty great.

For PvM, honestly I do believe that the best WW barbarian weapon you could go for is an Ethereal Breath of the Dying Warpike. This weapon has a large range, meaning that your WW can wipe out large sections of the screen, and it has incredible damage as well. If you want to go dual-swords however (I must admit, it looks spiffy), then two Ethereal Breath of the Dying Colossus Blades are probably your best bet.

I had a barb last ladder that did 11k using eth Bonehew+Fort, etc..but the AR was not that great (never thought to use something like Metalgrid and Ravenfrost).
