Normal Akara for +Bone Spirit? I'd be amazed. I doubt Drognan can sell that high, either, let alone sell 2oS wands, but there's certainly a possibility of Bone Spear and 2oS. While you're at it, check the staves for nice ones to Leaf, and bone shields for 15/15/2oS and Sturdy/of Thorns/RLvl1. They fetch nice PGems, especially if the latter gets 2oS from Larzuk.
If you ever find an ethereal Sturdy/of Self-Repair/RLvl1, I'll even buy that.

and err, whats Rlvl1? and also wheres the best place to shop for a AtoD
Im not too worried if it has 2 soc i can always spend a soc quest.

What I mean is only bone and grim wands can get 2oS, and neither sell grims. I think Drognan might sell bones, though, if you're high enough. The odds of finding a decent one with Bone Spear are thin, which is why you also look for the other items.
RLvl is Required LeVeL, just like RStr and RDex with CLvl and MLvl, etc. If AToD is Artisan's Tower Shield of Deflection, then I think there's info in the Statistics section about that, just do a search. Make sure to use multiple versions of words since the search function treats Artisan and Artisan's as two different ones.
