best rings for summoner??

Are you a teleporting Summoner? If the answer is "no" then things become increadable easy, as only two things are important for you : +skills and resistances
Best choice for rings would of course be SoJ / BK, cheap solution blue all resistance rings. You also asked about the amulet, well what amulet has +skills and res? Maras, of course.
If you wear an Enigma and are a teleporting Summoner, you will also have to take care of fcr / blocking / damage reduction / absorb. A Ravenfrost and a Dwarf might be good options aswell and you could be in need to swap the Maras for a +2 nec / 10+ fcr amu, but SoJs, BKs and Maras are still good options here.
