Best Pally Shield Runeword?

I found a Superior Sacred Rondache (Normal) with the following mods:
+10% Defense (Defense 181)
+11% Durability
+45 Resist All
I have never played a Pally before, and don't know if this shield is a good candidate for socketing/upgrading. I would guess that it would be a good Exile Shield, but again, I am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

If I socket the Shield with Larzuk's quest, will I be guaranteed to get the 4 sockets? What is a shield like this worth?

since Exile comes with the 'repairs durability mod', as well as an in-built defiance aura, it can get some pretty great defense - and therefore it's usually made in an ethereal shield.

Spirit is probably the best choice, in my opinion.

And, since it's superior, you can only get 4 sockets from Larzuk.

You'd want an etherial shield for Exile. This one would make a good Spirit shield.
