Best MF sorc ever

Im sure there was a lot of topics like this one (sorry), but im also sure i wont find it, cause i prefer to play d2 more (sorry again).
But my question is:
What is the best build for MF sorc?
What my sorc have to do?
-biggest mf ever
-fast, easy meph runs
...and i dont want her to die every time i use teleport
Can you tell me, what stats and spells to invest, how many, what items to use ect? Or give me link to THE BEST mf sorc...?
