That was it. Sometimes items get hidden by being behind a pole, but I killed him out in the open, with nothing nearby, not on the steps or anything where they might have fallen into the moat (which I don't believe can happen but I know some people aledge it can), and I ran around looking.
But that was it.
I believe I did about 2000 hell meph runs last season, maybe more, without ever seeing a drop quite that depressing.
