befor i strip my lld i had around 1.2k spears 1klife 800 mana on a 35 necro, all sorcs were easy except fire es ones. blizzard is easy you just have to be patience.

You can pretty much nullify the chance of any damage being taken by using Nokozon and Hotspurts (same idea as using Hawkmail).

Run the numbers on how much damage you lose when you're not wearing a White. You'll be doing almost half that damage. I anihilated all of the Fire ES sorcs I came to. Patience is a little bit of an under statement. I'm not going to go onto Diablo 2 and sit there for 30 minutes in one duel. Sorry, I'm too hack and slash for that.

Well lld caster duels will often take 10+ minutes, so if you aren't patient you aren't going to win. Some duels take a half hour.

Regen charger beats any melee EASILY. They just charge in and out and hit for huge damage. If they get low, they heal and the slow walking melee char can't ever catch them.

On my server (andfrom what I've heard all other servers) the top necros beat the top blizz sorcs but I've never played either char myself.

If you can get a +3 Rabies Lore or +3 Rabies +2 SS it adds like 3k more damage. It's pretty nuts. I wonder if the Rabies trick works with + skills? I could pump out almost 10k Rabies on switch.

10,000 poison damage x 1/6 pvp penalty = 1,666

1,666 x 1/4 (75 res) = 416

416 x 1/4 (deaths gloves) = 104 final damage

Rabies stands no chance against anyone with deaths gloves in stash.

Yes, it's 0.17%. Correct, poison length reduce. 425 PvP damage is quite a bit considering most LLD have about 1k life.

PLR doesnt work on rabies? Thats news to me. Anyway there's 1 rabies druid on my server and I don't think he has ever killed a single decent LLD.

I just did the calc and the highest Rabies you can get with a +5 pelt is 5168-5525. (assuming you don't use sigons shield) So, even if you have prefect gear you'll do a whopping 220 damage applied over 12 seconds - assuming that they let you run right next to them and swing.

Compare your 5k damage to the 3k damage of a fireball sorc. Now, they can also tele, have es, have instantaneous damage, can hit you multiple times from 2 screens away within the matter of seconds.

Rabies just doesn't work. It's a fun pub killer though.

You could say that about a lot of builds. Bowazons should have a shield switch too.

even if you got a shield switch you cant do much maybe run or jab or light bolt which dont even do enough damage.

I made a bone necro and was pretty successful, but now I want to make a barb LLD. I have no clue where to start out. Any advice would be great.
