whats the best dueling druid all allowed,
i think summon bear druids with holy freeze merc with HOW spirit are good, if they teleport right on top of someone they can do great damage.
but its hard for them to beat ele wind druids, but still can be done.

hurricane does neglicible cold damge all you need is raven +50%dr +a range 5 hard hitter and block is useless

a teleporting wind elemental taking out a range 5 fury druid? that I would like to see. if the guy knows what he is doing, you are gonna be in for a world of hurt, especially if that wolf has 6.5k life and 15k damage (thats assuming vita/str mix, oak sage, and ebotd gpa around level 90ish). even if you do minion stack, they are gone the first time and at least one hit is gonna get you. the second time its all over. I don't care how much life your windy has, he doesn't have enough life to tank that kinda hitting power.

there is no proper answer to 'what is the best dueling druid?'
against different opponents different builds will win.
all builds have strengths and weaknesses to other builds.
for example, fire claws will have big trouble versing teleing sorcs due to slow run/walk and slow hit recovery, however against anything melee it has a good chance of winning


if what you really meant is: "which build out of these druid builds will win against all these other druid builds?" then an answer is somewhat less complicated but still relatively unanswerable

my fire claws druid has never lost to my friends fury druid which uses a botd tm.
and today i dueled a fury druid with a zod eth ribcracker and i beat him 6-0.
i realise these arnt the best weapons for pvp fury but my fire druid aint perfect either.

on the other hand, i am sure fury is much better against casters than fire claws is...

i think fireclaw druid with lower resist wand in second hand are very good.

draculs gloves
verdungos belt
2k stone armor
storm shield
1 soj 1 bk and maras,
i don't like angelics, you hit more yes but with extra skills your more deadly with each hit you do get in.
