best choice for a kicker

It depends if you're pvp or pvm.
In pvm you'll want much cb so last wish and death come to mind.
In pvp ow and venom is more important, thous dwebb is a good option for poison. I'm really not sure what would be "best" setup, it would most likely vary depending on who your opponent is.
c/c kickers are better of using ww too in most cases in pvp unless it's lld or mld. For pvm I'm not quite sure, but surely w/s would be more powerful for a kicker.

I'm not much into kickers, got a ww/trapper that uses dtalon now and then but can't say much about what a pure pvp kicker should have.
Too me it sounds about right. Of course the 1 point traps for stun in there too.

IIRC, you don't need that many points in DT. You should be aiming for 4 kicks or you become a sitting duck for too long, which is 17 points I believe.

Your right bass, its iirc you want lvl 21 DT and by figuring out you + skills you can save a lot of points there that can be spent into WoF for the extra stun and dmg.

The best choice depends on who you are facing. Also, I don't think you need to nef that Widowmaker, you do want to kick them. Um'ing or shaeling it might be better.
dweb + spirit for psn dmg + fcr for mb spam against casters
dweb + ber'd ss for block/%dr against blockable attacks
As far as claw block goes, I remember it being too slow and an interruption against casters when it was better to take a hit and let my faster fhr get me out of a jam.

w/s & c/c are two VERY different builds. decide which your going to be and build accordingly (basically: how much dex are you spending?)
