there is no one best imo. much like pvp there are tiers of better builds (bows) wherein each one isnt as good or bad as the other. it depends on the skill of the player and the gear other than the bow that would make one better than the other. there are also specialty builds like a medusa zon that wouldnt really find faith or wf all that great but would love to have silence or wraith.
there are also collectors that make a zephyr gmb just because they can.

bowazon using all type of special effects, such as slow, knockback, curses, openwounds, flee...
You need strafe or multi shot to get the effects to the monsters fast enough, if you want, you can kill them with a javelin afterwards.
If you are ladder and you want a cheap good bow, you have two options: make a wws strafer and know that you can't change to faith or wf (no critical) if you ever find one.
Or use harmony and know that every bow (besides wws) is a bow you can use in the future. Just be a bit carefull with penetrate and you can even make a near perfect faith azon.
P.S. or you can just make a wws strafe azon and keep some spare points for critical if you want.

You can always remake as well. It's not like it's hard to get to lvl 80.

Why does it matter if what bow you use, you always put points in critical regardless.
I am going to make my fav kind of zon, a glass cannon. And I don't understand why these guides always list a GMB as the choice to make faith. I hate those big SLOW bows that have over 100 strength req!!!! Why not just use a very fast bow (-10) bow (great, razor or a matriarchal?

@ Mistress Sersi: because all pure bowazon think about is damage. And it's a fact that gmb has more damage then mat. If you aren't obsessed about res, and a 7fpa multi, then gmb really is the best choise.
And with wws you don't put points in critical because wws offers deadly strike that is more powerfull then the critical strike that comes from the skill. Points in critical for a wws bowazon are close to a complete waste at high levels. Use highlords or gores if you want an even higher chance on double damage.
