Beast runeword question

Is the +3 to lycanthropy and werebear in beast a druid only skill or could I be shapechanging a... oh lets say a barbarian. Hope someone knows. Thanks :thumbsup:

The Beast Runeword allows Any class to become a Werebear... Including the barbarian.

It should be noted that Wolfhowl, the unique Fury Visor(Barbarian-only headgear) comes with +3-6 Feral Rage, +3-6 Lycanthropy and +3-6 Werewolf.
