Battlenet Logon Problem

Yesterday I hopped on Battlenet and created a new game. This game failed to load. I quit and exited, then went to a different realm. No problem creating a game. But, it drops me within a minute everytime.

The battlenet site i'm locked out of is the europe realm. Says,"Key in use, blah blah blah".

Been the 2nd day now, still the same. The 5 minute wait to try again is up.

Is Battlenet having troubles?
Any idea what I need to do to get the lockout cleared?

It's not anything to do with realms being down, I think it's some kinda glitch. It actually happened to me the day before the Ladder reset, while I was deleting all my last-ladder chars (I don't play NL).

The funny thing is, I have 2 Diablo accounts and swap with Fast-User Switching in order to do some self-rushing, and I could get on my accts from the 2nd install, but not the first. That got me thinking about the temp files in my D2 folder.

I didn't know what I was doing, but since all my chars were deleted for new ladder anyways, I went thru and looked for anything that looked like a temp file, and I took a chance as well on the file called bnetcache.

I can't intelligently speak on exactly which temp file did the trick, but something worked and I can get online now ;-)
