Battlenet - Joining different difficulties

Hi,

I recently entered Hell difficulty but would like to join some NM level players in their quests to help them out. But now when I join it's all Hell level games. How do I make visible the NM level (or even normal) level games?

I saw higher level characters enter games back when I was low level so how did they do it? All I can do is create games with different difficulty.

You allways only see the games with the same difficulty your char is on actually.

The only solution is to have other normal/nightmare char you can search the games with, remember or type down the game name, switch to your hell char and join the game by typing the game name manually.

you can select the game name and use ctrl+c/ctrl+v to copy/paste them

but it will crash d2 occationally
