Battle.Net Problem
I am posting here as I can't post on the Battle.net website :S
I have had a battle.net account for a while and decided to play Diablo II again. My keys all work, however my Diablo II original discs are scratched to pieces, so I decided to go onto the Battle.net website to download it by typing in my CD key, but it doesn't work. All my keys are 16-digit (apart from a new Diablo II key i bought earlier today) and none of them are working.
I have used my new CDs to install Diablo II and added the new key i got to my Battle.net account. However whenever I try to install my expansion it says that Diablo II isn't installed, yet it clearly is and I can play it :S. I have tried adding the expansion CD key to my Battle.net account but it keeps giving me the same error message "The authentication key you’ve entered cannot be claimed. Please try again" and it does that with all three of my LOD keys.
If anyone can give me some advice it would be appreciated
BTW: contacted blizzard, but they aren't replying.
