Base Life > Base Mana, Blood Mana / Sucuumbi Curse still kills my Necro???

Base Life > Base Mana, Blood Mana / Sucuumbi Curse still kills my Necro???

    1) Base Life > Base Mana

    2) Final Life > Final Mana

    3) Necromancer = Caster Class

    4) My Necro still takes dmg from Blood Mana / Sucuumbi Curse.

Never happened to me either... perhaps you are partied with someone who has mana higher than life? Since Blood Mana is a curse, one presumes it has an area-effect, so you could still get nailed by it if you're standing close to a high-mana teammate. (If it hits you, I'd expect it to work regardless of your mana/life ratio; I'm pretty sure the mana/life thing only determines whether the succubi cast it in the first place.)

We should test the area of effect theory. It could prove important to parties.

My Paladin (with far more life than mana) gets hit with Blood Mana whenever he stands too close to a high-mana character, so that's what happens...

Blood mana does have an area of effect, so does the defence lowering curse. If for some odd reason I have higher mana than life I stand near my summons as they always get cursed with the defence lowering curse, and it's AoE will override my Blood Mana
