Barb Amulet: Six Solid Affixes (Strength, LoH, AR, Crit Dmg, Regen, Dex...)

Here's an amulet I snagged off the Auction Hall for what I hope was less than it's worth. Any thoughts on its possible value? All six of its affixes are decent, though they're mostly middle-of-the-road in terms of actual amounts...

Here are the full stats:

+278 Strength
+111 Dexterity
+25 Resistance to All Elements
Each Hit Adds +289 Life
Critical Hit Damage Increased by 41%
Regenerates 181 Life per Second

It is missing something....Vitality/+life %. The STR/Crit Dam/LoH are enough to make this a 12-15 Mil + piece. But without some Vit I am not so sure it will sell that high. The Str is close to max.

I agree with dark on this one. The dex, and regen don't add much value, since they're not really high enough to make a difference. The All Res almost gets lumped with that group, but it's nice to have some, rather than none on any piece. I could see this selling in the range dark gave.
