Barb - Affixes from two weapons

Hi

I'm in search of few HR runes and was planning to make some RW axes for my barb. I was wondering what affixes translate from second weapon. also how is dmg calculated when using Frenzy/concentrate/WW skills. Any help or ling is appreciated.

As a general rule, affixes that increase damage or attack speed, add elemental damage or add effects to the attack apply only when attacking with the weapon. Auras, resistances or skill bonuses are always in effect.

So, things like CB, DS, OW from secondary weapon is useless?
