Of course I could start a new discussion but thought it is easier to do it here because it falls under banning, dudes dont ask me how I get my account back but another interesting thing. when you log on b.net there will be many times messages in public chat channels from D3 shops to buy items ,buy Para levl of your character, this must be against Blizz rules ?? Some dudes has used this shops and get banned or thats what they claim in EU realm imo its ok they got banned cuz its a violation against the rules BUT how can these shops make an announcement on B. net, and how can Bliz/b.net allow something there violated their rules. Maybe one of the mods here should make a few words about this issue. 13-15 years old dudes has no idea they violated the rules imo and if a shop promise we can raise your char in a higher para lvl in no time, they used bots I guess and then we all know what happens, before I wrote this post I talk to my former legal adviser and he told that I would not violate any rules and he even say that could explain why so many get banned and have no idea why they banned sorry for my bad English. I hope maybe Dacar92 has something to say about this

Buying items from those 3rd party shops may get your Bnet account suspended or banned. It is also dangerous and could result in your account or email being hacked. They join games and spam their shop info until they get banned. Then they make new accounts and spam all over again. They are annoying in public games.

Trading these items on this forum could result in the forum account also being banned.

Thanks to Dacar92 to clear up a few things and few days ago I talk to guy who get his account banned for suspicion of botting,
He claim he is innocent true or false I dont know they told him he log in and out all the time and it looks suspicius and was a suspicious construction, and a sign of botting. He told me he lost connection over and over and must login again and again true or false I dont know, but what strikes me was that he was told by technical support that when things like this happens you must contact technical support and report the problems and then we will look into the problem before a banning, imo it sounds a little odd. He send me a copy of the note from Blizz and what he claim was right so in this matter he is not false

Even Dacar92 made it very clear what can happens if you use third partys software, dudes still get banned. reason :shops still use their third partys software to spam their shop info on b.net channels and especially on Europe b.net. A father (a friend of mine) saw the info on b.net and want to help his son, and guess you know the result :( Dudes who read this forums know this, but maybe its time to bring on the homepage on diabloii.net and many cant even imagine that info on a b.net can result in banning if they use it, and as he told me it should be possible to block info with the names on the these shop. Maybe someone would say come on everybody knows what can happens, but I think its wrong, a young kid want the game and get stuck and his father want to help him and the son show him shopinfo on Bnet and then a message:
"you are banned" they even wrote what shop was using. My point is to stop this, is to bring in on the homepage. Talk to a good friend legal adviser in EU (who help me) and he told me that most people get banned these day was using third parts software from a ******** shop and they even claim they have permission from Blizzard.

A general warning from a friend of mine, he told me that a D3 shop now trick mates to use them,
the name is redacted and they say more or less its legal with these words:
    2. Will my account get banned by using your service?
No, that will never happen. is a 100% reliable and secure transaction platform, we promise never use illegally software like bots or hacks. We have more than 1 million registered members, no one get banned by using our service. That’s the reason why we gained so many loyal customers.

Just remember folks, using third party software is not allowed, he told me that many are banned in Asia the last 3 weeks even
we not have read about here ! what really surprised me is that 1 million are using them ???

Please don't give the names of the cheating websites - people shouldn't use ANY of them. Thanks!

Just remember that the EULA is based on US law, not EU law.

my account was not hacked according to IT specialist and Blizzard has no proof that I have violated any rules, and that was the reason I get my account back

Good Read. Glad you got your account back.

Just a note on the above, blizzard does suck at security.

If you have an account name, you can click forgot password, answer the special question and change the email and password for that account, all without any authentication. Or at least you could when i was hacked. They guessed my special question as it was the city i was born in.....stupid in retrospect.

Resolved it by ringing blizz support. He told me someone in China had logged in and played a few hours.

Have anyone see this happens before a friend of mine was invited to join a 4 player party who need a monk, the other players seems to be from Russia, and something was a little odd, he is a rather high lvl player 3500 and after each Gr he raised 2-3 lvls more even it took 5-6 minuts for the other players to complete the Gr and he ask why it took so long time and get this answer, I play 3 characters at the same time, he has noticed that 2 players always was standing in the entrance until the gr was finished and after a short time my friend leave. after he leave he try to contact the player in the chat channel how he do it but the communication was blocked. Is it a way of cheat or can he have more than 1 player on the same account and play them all or using three computers, ask the question since I find it a little odd/strange imo

Yes that's a way of cheating to get levels faster. Multiple computers, or at least multiple instances of the game on a single computer. It's pretty cheesy if you ask me.

I guess the exception being that you own several copies of the game and each instance you use is a legit copy. Still, a little cheesy. Just play the game.

Thx for a straight answer Dacar92 it seems there are endless way to cheat if dudes wanna do that its sad, a game is imo entertainment and nothing else, not a matter of life or death and even more sad maybe that someone trick children to do it. As you just play the game for Christ sake
