Baal's Throne Room bug.....now can't enter Hell!?

When Tyreal created the red portal, it was off the edge of the walkway, in the black area. I couldn't get to it. I had no choice but to exit the game - it still showed the end screen and gave me my title, but I didn't have the choice to start a Hell game.

So, I went and killed him again. This time...no Tyreal at all.....and no way to make a Hell game.

What is going on?

Exit that character and re-choose it then you can make hell games.

Got it sorted...just logged out and back in...good to know it's not permanent.

I didn't have to do that from Normal -> Nightmare though.

The same thing happened to me once. I panicked, but I'm of the school of thought that if something isn't working right, to turn it off and start it again (works waaay more often than it should for just about any electronics-related issue), and voila- I couls get to hell.

The same thing happened to me once. I panicked, but I'm of the school of thought that if something isn't working right, to turn it off and start it again (works waaay more often than it should for just about any electronics-related issue), and voila- I couls get to hell.

Most of our customers just look at me funny when I tell them to restart their computers or just cycle the power on their devices, but it works very well And yes, if that happens again, just log off and log back on. Happened quite a few times to my chars. Not sure why..
