baal gc?

whats with this baal gc thing? is it just charms that baal drops or what or are they special or something??? thanks for info..

If Baal in Hell mode drops Charms, these are referred to as Baalcharms. Special about them is, that they have item level 99, which means they can get all possible mods. For grand charms people like the fact, that they can become a skiller with up to 45 life, while others charms ( from the throne for example ) can only go up to 40 life.

For grandcharms, save those dropped by the hell version of Baal, Diablo and Nihlathak. All can get up to 45 life while rerolling.

Small charms is a different story, as Baalcharms are the only small charms, that can get the maximum poison damage IIRC.

A Baal GC is simply a GC with ilvl >= 90, so every affix can be spawned on them.

Baal is the source which gaves the name to this kind of charm. But they can also be found at pindle and nihlathak.
They are used for rerolling purposes manly.

Pindle is just a Superunique, no act boss, so his level is determined by the region you find him and for that, it is less than 90. Only Baal, Dia and Nihla have a level > 90.

mlvl for superuniques is area lvl + 3 right?

Yes, right.

[Edit] To be more detailed, Pindle is found in The Temple of Nihlathak, a level 83 area so his level is 86. The highest area level is 85, so the highest Superuniques make it to **. For the mod 41-45 life to spawn on a Grandcharm it needs to have level 91 at least. Only Diablo (94), Nihlathak (95) and Baal (99) drop charms like that.

did a search for the area lvl and found results from 83 up to 87 for the temple. Whats true?
