Baal Charm

I beat Hell Baal yesterday (woo, first time passed the game!)

Anyway he dropped a Grand Charm with craptastic mods (maybe 20 life and less poison duration or something).

Is it still valuable? If I read correctly people would want to 're-roll' them and hope for better mods, which is fine because it's junk to me. Would I still be able to trade it, and since people would want proof it's from Baal, how could I provide it?
