Ursa Major: is it a build? If so, where is the guide?

I was following SSoG's Kodiak bear guide, and it mentioned a Ursa Major.

Is this a build?
Or is it simply another name for more common character guide?
If this is a build unto itself, where is the guide?

Thank you.

I'm pretty sure it's 2 frames, buddy.

Actually, I'm not sure what you had problems with. I just plugged in assassin, standard attack, 30 for the runic talons, +40% is from the "of quickness" mod on the runics + 60 from the three shaels to stuff into the claw. Says "2 fps" on there for me.

Nifty stuff.

Can't post it here but he posts under the same name there - read the pages 15-16 of comments - I got a confirming PM from SSog and he had not tested all of TitanSeals breakpoints but confirmed it looked like 3 frames max - still the fastest in the game FPA and still takes the same claw to hit it and as 5 is the best anything else can do and when it comes to FPA the result is the opposite of diminishing returns, each step up is much better than the last BP wise so its still all good stuff in the guide. Just read the last 2 pages of comments

my post misses one crucial word ''correctly''. wereform central do not calculate correctly i.e. it is inaccurate for assasin. my first doubts came when i tried runic with 20 ias and 4x ias from bos. central says its 4 frame attack. actually its some 6 frames in reality.

Ah, ok, thanks everyone. I felt almost a little foolish even asking, I was half expecting something like "It's just a modified version of the Kodiak you're already building, you noobasaurus." Heh. I seem to have been bitten by the werebug. After my Kodiak is done, I'm already planning a wolfbarb, or maybe a bearbarb. Definatly to be a werebarb, I know that much. I might have to make a weresin too now

Again, thank you all for the help and information.
