The CB and -TD are the only things Heavens Light has going for it. I would say AW is better. On avg. you get 375 Cold damage and 375 magic damage, that is quite a lot. You get the fastest attack if you can find 45 IAS offhand. Laying + Highlords gives you 40 and then the last 5 can come from a jewel or Nosferatus.
Another option is to use Treachery as an amor and then whatever you like elsewhere.

I'd actually recommend the Heaven's Light. With it socketed as you have it, you will have no problem hitting stuff, except maybe bosses (just use Smite then, to apply the CB). It also does more physical damage.

Assume maxed Zeal and Sacrifice, 125 strength, and no other +skills sources (ie besides the weapon) or off-weapon %ED. Azure has +1 skills, so Zeal will be slvl 21 (+342% ED) It also has +6 strength, so you'll get +131% ED from stats. That makes your physical damage 604-681 (644 average). Heaven's Light gets +3 skills, making Zeal slvl 23 (354% ED). Total for HL is then 827-1076 (951.5 average). HL also has the CB, so while it's not as fast, with the -TD, it probably comes out in favor of HL.

On the other hand, if your to-hit chance is quite good already (90% or better), then the Azurewrath would come out ahead, I think. The magic damage on Azurewrath is certainly nice, particularly against dual immunes, but the cold damage isn't a big deal since you'll be doing a lot more from your aura. Sanctuary is nice vs. undead with physical resist, but if they have little or none, the +ED vs. undead on HL will help more (plus no annoying knockback out of Zeal range).

I am planning to make a frost zealot just as soon as I find a 2 socket 3 skill Heaven's Light and I've made a COH, and my intended gear is:

Heaven's Light - Eth Eth
Highlord's
Guillaume's Face - IAS jewel
COH
Blood Gloves - 20 IAS 3 ML
2 Ravens
String Of Ears
Gore Rider
Herald Of Zakarum - Um

91% CB, ~63% DS, 22% DR, 11% LL, 3% ML, max block

If I end up using Infinity on the merc, I'll put some ED jewels in the scepter instead. If I use Reaper's, I'll keep the Eths. Or I could keep a Lawbringer/Lacerator on switch and Zeal with it first if I run into pesky PIs.

Nord's Tenderizer is better.

But joking aside, fot HF zealot I advise Heaven light. It helps you much more then AW in every regard. You can customize it, it has more +skills, CB, higher damage (if you don’t use drac's). for dealing with immunes and undeads you have conviction&vengeance and sanctuary yourself.

Hmm if you a going to max out Sacrifice and Zeal you might as well use Grief. I thought this was a char focused on elemental damage perhaps with HS as a back up skill.
